RE:WatchYou need to learn how to read insider reporting. The vast bulk of what you are seeing is the exercise of options. This shows as a disposition (of the options) and a corresponding acquisition (of common shares). The same thing happens when options expire (a disposition without an acquisition).
There are sells of 100, 300 and 4600 shares respectively; by one insider; hardly material; and that is his business. We all have bills to pay. Or perhaps he was long on the stock and wants to rebalance, given the rise in interest rates.
In other news the stock continues to be the target of a short selling frenzy that is both depressing the price and churning the volume. The overall short position rose at the end of Jan; there were again over 600K shares shorted over the past two weeks in this mornings report. I am very curious to learn what the 15 Feb position was.
