Securities investigators coincidentally seem to start these distruptions/legal battles for all the recent companies that were set to disrupt an entire industry.  

For example...Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla, Uber, XRP/Ripple..
once the suits get settled, every one of these companies blasted off?
