Flip Flop?

Flip Flop?
I have no idea what moneywinner is referring to and why he thinks the Hecla deal will not go through?  It is a really good deal for Hecla and also management of ATAC.  Hecla gets millions of ounces of gold for a song ie .14 which is not a big premium from Victoria's .12.  In fact, I would lay odds if management had of said to Victoria raise your offer to .14 they would have snapped it up.  Instead management just gave them the cold should so the offer expired.   Another thing to remember the Hecla deal is an all share deal so it is all about share price.

The spin out is the key as Management does not loose their job and ability to collect fees lol!
