 Really enjoy listening to Eric he certainly has some thorough knowledge but for me holds too much power now with the companies, lots won't pay a divi right now  they buy back shares because Eric tells them that is what he wants, i can't buy gas, grocery, heat my home etc with buybacks i say give me a divi if i want to buy more shares i can.
  i called a few years ago on ATH his advice was buy at $5 sell at $7
