RE:Baytex's future daily production #'s

Average production for previous reporting period was 42600 BOE but they exited at ~48,000 BOE. The presentation footnotes clearly indicate that the projections are based on a 12 month period from closing of the deal - July 1- June 30, 2024 ar which time  production from BTE is expected to be 90k and ROCC 60-65k.

That's swim memeory. I'm in a meeting and can't pull up the presentation.

Are they claiming 60,000 plus bopd production from the Eagle Ford lands? From what I can find ,Ranger oil produces approximately 40,000 bopd .If anyone has this info please share it . The 2.5 billion US deal , 3.4 billion Canadian including Baytex's 990 million debt ,what will their total liabilities actually be , over 4 billion ?
