RE:RE:600 millionMost companies have preferred stock from coke to Mcdonalds, Preferred shares cannot vote so they dont have all the power, they can however change the board of directors if they feel the companies not performing. Canso needs the share price to increase and this company to produce more income. So Canso owns 40 million preferred share  that can trade to regular share at 10 cents, that would give Canso 400,000,000 common shares but unless the sp goes above 10 cents its not worth them to change them to common shares, and it goes the same for the other preferred shares they hold for 120 million at 35 cents  and if they trade the prefered shares to common share it will dilute the common share so much that the 160 million that Canso has in this company will be worth allot less. Preferred share get paid before common shares. There is no rush to pay back Canso right now.
