What changed ?

Financials still that of a NYC Hot Dog Cart (except the Cart didnt cost $100 M and the guys pushing it dont suck $1.3 M a month)
The SP is Diluted
Backlogue and Forecast are still plucked out of backside of a mule
The SP is declining rapidly
