HLBZ and GNS tactics being implemented by HUGE

HLBZ and GNS tactics being implemented by HUGEHLBZ and GNS did something similar recently. Wasting all of this $ on promotion and to investigate shareholder value decline from "Possible" naked short selling. Could it "Possibly" be due to Managements incompetence and failure to execute?
