A very good chance a Major buyer is taking 10mill thus the increase in the PP to 15mill.. I do not see that as a negative but rather the opposite..

Closing date is expected at months end..

The offering will be conducted in all provinces of Canada pursuant to exemptions from the prospectus requirements and in such other jurisdictions as are agreed to by the company and the agent. The offering is expected to close on or about March 30, 2023,
