RE:RE:RE:Don’t forget…You, Graphite13, need to go to the USPTO database and diligently search for any and all Grafoid patents.
Then, when you discover the extent of Grafoid's patent portfolio, you need to determine the approximated value of such patent or patents relating to the process manufacturing of graphene and specific applications which Grafoid can actually legally stake a claim to (specifically without being sued for patent infringement into oblivionand bankruptcy) in seeking the monetization via commercializatiion of such needing to be government certified and and customers qualified graphene applications and products.
When you are done performing all the requisite due dilligence with respect to Grafoid and have determined what Grafoid in it's entirety is currently valuated to be worth, one would hope, for your sake and the sake of Focus Graphite shareholders collectively, that the total sum value of Grafoid, that Private company with that "Purafy" brand, is worth at least 18% of the cost of a Dairy Queen Peanut Buster Parfait, lol.
You can quote the Grafoid website all you like with respect to Grafoid's Purafy brand. You doing so doesn't mean SF All graphite13.
Cleantech start-ups are a dime for 10 dozen and I suspect Grafoid is just another "Johnny come lately".
Please do let me know when Grafoid can proprietarily produce high quality and low layer graphene at a capacity of 4,000 tpa or 8,000 tpa or 16.000 tpa and so on. Also, do let me know when Grafoid is able to sell a unlimited amount of it's USEPA "Consent order" provided "Graphene BlackTM" powder product at approximately 10Kg.
That's just to begin with graphite13.
