Focus Graphite Inc V.FMS

Alternate Symbol(s):  FCSMF

Focus Graphite Inc. is a Canada-based advanced exploration company, which is focused on developing high grade flake graphite deposits to supply battery grade graphite. The Company's projects include Lac Knife and Lac Tetepisca. Its flagship Lac Knife Project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers (kms) south of Fermont. The Lac Knife project is comprised of the Lac Knife property plus an isolated block of 12 CDC claims located 11 kms to the north of the Lac Knife property on NTS sheet 23B-11 (Montagne-aux-Bouleaux property). Its 100%-owned Lac Tetepisca Graphite Project is located in the Southwest Manicouagan reservoir area of the Cote-Nord region of Quebec, one of North America's leading emerging flake graphite districts. It comprises two contiguous properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. Together, the two properties form a block of approximately 126 map-designated claims (total area: 6,785.14 ha).

Fact Check on graphite13's comments and much more.

Fact Check on graphite13's comments and much more.Read my comments again and clearly understand, graphite13, that my reference to Grafoid being "A Johnny Come Lately" were most specifically in reference to Cleantech start-ups being a dime for 10 dozen and my suspecting that Grafoid is just another one of those cleantech start-ups.
You know. The kind of cleantech company that advertizes, like you have, the 'hey look at me, I've been working with the U.S. Government on working the "working on something" kind of shtick.

Fact: My comments were not intended in any way to disparage what Focus Graphite has on the go with it's two graphite bearing lands projects nearer to Baie Comeau, Quebec.
In fact, I find both projects most interesting and worthy of being developed.
However, I will once again tell you that when it comes to proprietarily process manufacturing high quality and low layer graphene in the greatest lowest costs, scalable and thus far greatest global industrial scale capacity of 4.000 tpa or 8,000 tpa or 16,000 tpa, NanoXplore holds that unique distinction, amongst other noteable successes certainly not not Grafoid, eh.

Forget Focus Graphite's 18% of Grafoid for now graphite13.
Ask Martinrea International Inc management and stakeholders what having the closest partership with NanoXplore is worth to said company's stakeholders.
Better yet, ask all the "downstream" Graphene BlackTM" enhanced comprised products customers which NanoXplore supplies it's proprietary and USEPA "Consent Order" and unlimited products to.

You, graphite13, speak of Grafoid like you know something specifically about graphene.
I'd kindly suggest you, graphite13, stick to graphite bearing lands development companies.
After all, I expect that would be more in line with what you think you know about graphite mining and actual graphite feedtock production vs. what I could know about Graphene and graphene enhanced products and proprietary applications of graphene.
I digress - not really though.

As I suggested within a previous post, I find that the very chance that Focus Graphite would be ready for "prime time" just about when Northern Graphite Corporation's Baie Comeau located 200,000 tpa capacity graphite processing and "BAM" manufacturig supersite centre facility is up and running . . . Suffice to say that could be promising either for a joint venturing graphite and graphite "BAM" commercialization agreement amongst Northern Graphite Corporation and Focus Graphite or at least "a toll graphite feedstock processing agreement" amongst Focus Graphite and Northern Graphite Corporation, when and if need be or appropriate. Perhaps it's still early days for Focus Graphite's aspirations

You'd note Jeffrey York, being a Princton educated CFA, would have already figured out that NGC's Baie Comeau, Quebec supersite "BAM" project solves specific proprietary technological problems for Focus Graphite, expedites Focus Graphites' time to actual revenues generation and ultimately saves Focus Graphite and/or others a good portion of the over all capital cost.
See the otherwise massively dilutive equities issuances focus Graphite would undertake in seeking to acquire the massive amounts of capital needed to actually become "a revenues generating" corporate entity - pehaps sometime before a meteor strikes the earth and creates a extinction event, eh?

You, graphite13, stated, "With the current desperation for PROVEN BATERY GRADE DEPOSITS, a major partner is imminent. Once that is announced the share price will jump to multiples of what it is today. "

You graphite13, claim news of "a major partner" for Focus Graphite, in further developing either of it's two graphite bearing lands projects anywhere close to becoming graphite mining projects, would be imminent.
I have to admit that your assertion is possible.
However, let us be candid graphite13.
I expect Mr. York &Co simply want "a pay day" in some way and in whatever way is possible and presented for them going forward.
In my opinion, it's likely there is absolutely little intention for Focus Graphite's C-suite representatives and BOD representatives and FMS.V "stakeholders" collectively, to actually take these projects into development themselves - they'd be near insane to try to do so. Clearly, FMS.V C-suite has some useful educational talent and some more unrelated experience.
However, Focus Graphite management just doesn't have the relevant experience to take either of these projects into becoming actual graphite mining projects and would therefore likely encounter certain operational issues, amongst many others, which could collectively "break the bank" for this company.
Focus Graphite needs to sign earn-in agreements with any interested parties, preferably a existing graphite mines operator.
Also, Focus Graphite needs to perhaps partner with a company which utilizes long since "proven" and OEMs certified proprietary technological "BAM" process manufacturing methods, a joint venturing graphite commercialization partner which currently supplies at least one battery materials manufacturer and/or at least one global battery cells manufacturer.

It's been a while - what 20 or so years - for Focus Graphite to get to this point and still no graphite mine.
If the principals of this company don't take up the very opportunities offered to partner, in order to expidite the company's actually generating revenue at some point going forward, it could be another 10 years more.

Focus Graphite stakeholders and the company's C-suite representatives and BOD representatives collectively could do much worse than to actually get with Northern Graphite Corporation's Baie Comeau "supersite" 200,000 tpa graphite processing and "BAM" manufacturing capacity "commercializtion partnership program".

Just a couple of friendly thoughts for you, eh?
