RE:Non ProfitYou are 100% right. Basically they are exploiting the fact that shareholders are so "fractured" (no large holders) that they can get away with not serving the shareholders interests. They KNOW , like everyone else that they do not have the economic scale to attract any meaningful investment ...ever. They also do not have the talent or ability or backing to consolidate others . So they go on in perpetuity doing a mediocre job collecting their hundreds of thousands of dollars a year as they are NOT going to find an opportunity elsewhere . It's unethical imo , cowardice and the chairman of the board should have been brought to task eons ago. This chairman bannister is mute / does not hold anyone accountable and the whole lot of them needs to go for some vitality and change. I have NEVER seen such mediocrity be allowed to persist for so long . The IR reports are a joke , no forecasts / no vision / no targets .... where do they plan on being in 23/24?? No frickin clue ! A growth co , a dividend co ? Merging ? Going private ? 1,0000% this company needs to offer itself up for sale to a larger competitor/ merge and accept the CORPORATE LAYOFFS ... and their lies the rub for greedy paycheck hoarders
