RE:Simpliciti....That's Just the Auditor......I keep hearing about an investigation, but have seen nothing to prove that one exists or ever did. Formal investigations into the activities of the company or any of its officers and directors must be disclosed. Did I miss something?

Lawyers aren't obligated to disclose any such information to shareholders. 

Auditors however are responsible to shareholders to ensure that they convey accurate and adquate and timely information upon which they (shareholders) can make informed decisions.

Failure to do so can be a big problem for auditing firms.   

Shareholders have a right to know how and why they spent $862,000 in 2022 on legal and audit. 

So.... IMHO, that is where the pressure should be applied.
