The degree with which you believe what you say is not up for discussion. My point is simply that unless it is in writing as part of an auditors report or a verifiable news release it is meaningless and cannot be acted upon.
My point is simply that it would be meaningless to ask legal counsel for the explanation as to the 862K in legal and accounting fees, as they are not compelled to answer. They will simply refer you to management.
However, if for some reason shareholders are concerned about the lack of information as to the reasons these fees more than doubled in 2022, then as a group they have a right to ask for a detailed explanation from the auditors of their findings or lack thereof.
