EXRO's board is changing on the fly and without any shareholder activism. This recent announcement is a great example as Copes was appointed as "Interim" Chair only.
Exro needs to have qualified and willing replacements that can help them get to the next level. That takes time. They know the what strengths to look for.
And, as previously stated, given where EXRO is in its lifecycle, you can bet that big orders/ investment from larger Tier 1 suppliers will come with a request for representation at the BOD level.
