Certainly from an American perspective that is true.  The issue is the damage it is doing to foreign relations, in particular with the US-Saudi relationship.  It's clear the Saudis are moving into the Chinese sphere and it's no coincidence that Iran is getting more aggressive since their China-brokered deal with the Saudis.  

Everytime a Democrat is President the world gets closer to world war 3.  Clinton allowed North Korea to gain nukes and Obama green-lighted the Iranians.   They've also all been soft on China although the Bush clan wasn't any better.  My point is that Biden is losing what was once a strong ally in the Middle East at the cost of keeping oil prices down.  Long term this is a major problem.
