Kakwa is a condensate-rich and high-deliverability natural gas play with top-tier development opportunities. Its operations in northeast British Columbia are located near Dawson Creek and the region includes Greater Dawson, Sunrise, Attachie, and Septimus and Sundown. The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

Nope, still doesn't make sense. If you hate the company, sell and move on to greener pastures.

Staying and hating it only makes you look like a clown. It is what it is.

A management team that can't right size the staff for the organization, who lost more than 2 billion in hedging losses, robs shareholders of a meaningful dividend, and over pays for share buybacks.

Invests stupid amounts of money is postage stamp play areas (25 sections) like Sunrise. Who really doesn't know how to manage Kakwa, and was the reason shareholders missed so much of the upside in the latest commodity bubble. A management team that allows 1/2 cycle opportunity to go unrecognized, while they squander share holder capital on projects with no fiscal return.

Time for a team that has experience and is not learning on the job. We don't want an operations guy running the company, we need a guy with some business awareness.
