RE:RE:Looking good.Haywood, why do keep crucifying Hecla Management when they have done a fantastic job for their shareholders.
We certainly cannot say that about Atac's management.
I figure they sold out the Flagship, Rackle Project, along with Connought,  for about 6 cents a share.
I base that on Atac's SP at that time of around 8 cents we have been offered 14 cents. We already had the  Spinco properties.
Why did this deal suddenly appear very soon after the VG offer?  It must have been fairly advanced in the works for it to be annouced in such detail almost immediately after VG's offer.
Why did'nt  Atac management go out and beat the bushes for other offers including partnerships.
This was a done deal with no involvement with shareholders like ourselves.
Big disappointment in how it has been handled.
Hecla has run rings round our management...
