May I suggest you look at a slightly longer period of time.

Two weeks ago GXE was trading under $1.00.  It is up 12% in two weks in addition to earning a dividend.

Looking at other small and mid-cap energy producers, GXE did better than most, but not all.

GXE remains a good long term investment for investors with patience (not traders looking for hourly, daily or weekly profit).
