WTI is only one factor that may help determine the demand for a stock (by the way WTI is down more than 1% today)

Currently the price of natural gas is trading at its lowest level in over a year.  That is an important factor, affecting most Canadian energy producers, to different degrees.

Then there is the stronger Canadian dollar.  up 2% to 3% in the last few weeks.  This negatively affects ALL Canadian producers.

In addition you have buyers and sellers (including insiders) coming to the market daily with different views.
