It's not always as straightforward as it sounds. Although Tankumo ( in his mind) is trying to help, unless he is trained in all the nuances of EV charging there are situations where he could actually do harm. Is he fully aware of the various government grants that DMEVS can access for the client? Is he aware of the costs and the cost benefit analysis? Without this and other important information he could be causing prospects to think about it and then walk away based on wrong assumptions or incomplete information. You only get one chance to make a good first impression and so there is the chance that Tankumo is spoiling that opportunity for DMEVS. As a shareholder and someone with many years of sales experience I would prefer to let DMEVS ask for help if and when they think it is needed. Referrals should be limited to prospects with whom Tankumo or others have a solid personal connection and influence with the referee. Just my opinion!
