Thanks Iscfa. Yes that's close to what I posted. $73M credit facility and approximately $2M ($2.2M) in shares for the purchase $75.2M. If they use some of the financing to pay off some debt that is fine with me. My point was that Quipt's balance sheet is much better than what our two board bashers consistently try to imply.
