Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Upon approval YES ... and therefore it doesn't matter whether you have a patent or not. So having a patent is inconsequential ....since the whole purpose is market exclusitivity and that's all. This was why patents were first sought after ... MARKET EXCLUSIVITY. Now it doesn't matter except for composition of matter and manufacturing. Method of delivery from IT to IV to SC to PO are reasons for sBLAs with no patents applicable. Do you understand now deat intho?
