Aritzia considers their boutiques as the primary source of brand awareness and are quite proud of the shopping experience created. Store economics $1,000 per sq foot in an 8000 sq ft store.
I don't see why Penn rebrand can't do $500 per sq ft in a 10,000 sq ft store. Make Penn store a great experience!
