I have a nearer term $0.30 price target on SWAN.
Once Nouveau Monde Graphite representatives spend about $5 Million to $10 Milion for said company's allotted equity stakehold of Black Swan Graphene, I'd naturally expect a immediate revaluation of SWAN's share price. 
Nouveau Monde Graphite's representatives just raise $22 Million by way of a discounted and recently closed bought deal offering of NOU shares.
Hmm? Lets's see?
Does a $5 Million to $10 Milion equity investment by NOU in a joint venturing graphite commercialization partner (SWAN) constitute "general corporate purposes"?
I'd expect so.
