Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Fair comments. I would not want to be in their position right now for love nor money. In particular that it has become quite evident that they got to the party a tad too late. The probelm is they are all too mindful of history, that has shown the risk of "pulling out" too early. I am certainly no where near as smart as those officials however the prevailing wisdom is likely, if we overdo it, we can always ease and bring things back, rather than not do enough and face a real real problem and then have to hike into a very slowing economy. At least as of now, economy hanging in. The Fed as we all know, generally goes until it breaks something, we certainly are seeing cracks but nothing broke yet.
