I assume part of the problem is that the first go around was just a "Letter of Intent" so nothing definitely defined in real terms. The second go around was the "Definitive Agreement" where the characteristics were similarly defined but the actual share price definition was nailed down to real terms. That's on the Company negotiators I guess. At this point it is likely a done deal because there never seems to be enough dissenting votes to over rule the majority.
So we get what we get at 0.0166 and the spinoff. I can't remember the target date though.
