Attempting A Renewed Contact With Rockcliff Management.

Attempting A Renewed Contact With Rockcliff Management.Hudbay seems to be seeking to grow by acquistion. Maybe they might consider starting right back at home in Snow Lake?

My most recent e-mail to Rockcliff's CEO, Ken Lapierre including a synopsis of all my past requests for additional information (open source). If interested, please read!

Ken doesn't follow the Stockhouse boards. He doesn't respect them!

On the other hand, many potential shareholders do seek some additional insight. Especially the ones who may feel a little too reluctant to ask company managers, more pertinent questions.

But for all of us, it's always good to share!

For the purposes of full disclosure, I have recently completed an acquisition of an additional 277,000 shares at 2.5 cents. I now own almost 2 million shares.

Many thanks to the seller! I will always remember your kindness fondly!

But I may not be the only 'poor man' acquiring new or more additional shares. Complete honesty is the best policy going forward. And I am not attempting in any way to bash the company to get more cheaply priced shares!

Quite the contrary, I believe that Rockcliff's future remains very bright!

I don't know anyone else who is doing any of the massive new buying! But it does matter that it is happening rapidly at this time!

Something has definitely changed! Competition for shares never hurts the share price!

This is my recent e-mail to Ken that I have sent today:

"Hi Ken:

This email is mostly to enquire about the possible date of Rockcliff's next press release regarding the Bur drilling results and the company's upcoming potential Spring and Summer lithium exploration plans. Any idea how soon we might expect it?

In your last press release, you mentioned that you would also be doing a compilation of the historical data with respect to the original Bur drilling efforts in the lithium space and also would be compiling data with respect to Rockcliff's Sails property. Is there actually any historical data at Sails that refers to any lithium discovery there or would it pertain more directly to the base metal and gold potential at that particular location?

I would imagine that if the company has already received assays from the new Winter drilling campaign at Bur, then the company is likely already at work doing further prospecting at other outcropping pegmatites on that property. Would such prospecting actually involve some shallow drilling or would it be primarily a prospective study based on rock chip samples or some possible shallow trenching at certain sites?

I don't know how much more significant exploration the company can actually do this year before an additional successful funding effort has been made. But many shareholders are really excited at the potential lithium prospects that Rockcliff now has uncovered.

It is clear from recent buying activity that a renewed interest has taken hold. Personally, as I told you previously, I also recently raised some small additional capital to purchase a few more shares. I was fortunate to have my bid filled at 2.5 cents for an additional 277,000 shares. I am not yet at the 2 million share level but I am getting close!

This is the poor man's rode to significant future gains in my humble estimate. Even if the share price only rises to a dime longer term, I will have considered this to have been an excellent investment to have made. But my expectations are better than this, especially if any of the players in the Snow Lake lithium space ever gets to the point of actually mining any of its better defined ore bodies wherever they are determined to exist.

Once this happens, all players in the nearby lithium space should see a significant boost in their share price!

I am also optimistic more longer term about Rockcliff's base metal resources. But I see this to be more dependent upon some potential nearer term interest in mining by an interested regional player or by a contract operator whom might be convinced to accept such challenge!

Anyway, I am feeling more optimistic now that interest in Rockcliff Metals seems to be growing. The overall market seems to be a bit stalled at the moment. Perhaps some potential investors are now finally seeking out more, the extreme value plays at this present time. (*Hudbay shareholders please take note!*)

It may seem like small potatoes now, but momentum could swing our way! Spring represents a new growing season.

And it's about time for Rockcliff to grow, even bigger!

                                                           Let's hope for the best!

                                                                    Yours truly... "

I will let you know if Ken is able or willing to respond to this message just sent. It's only fair to share.

I will give a synopsis of past responses from Ken in regard to some of my former e-mails which may provide something for shareholders to chew on while we wait for more essential forthcoming information in an upcoming press release.

In regard to Stockhouse and the potential drilling at Pennex and at Bur, before any was done, he replied:

"...I never follow the bull boards…and just for that reason…a bunch of misinformation suited for their own purpose.  It is our fiduciary duty to report results even if they come back zero...

...Assay results take time and I am not one to estimate results visually.  I believe that is misleading. I have already stated that both Bur and Penex are planned to be drilled pending climate conditions...

...  The drill season in Snow Lake generally is good till the end of March. Frost needs to go deep in the snow above the swamp and the swamp needs to be frozen beforehand.  If you have warm weather then it becomes a problem. Bur the drill sites are on high ground so we were good to start there. Penex we needed to drive an 8 km long trail to the drill sites. This was deep packed by us 6 weeks ago. You need sustained cold weather for a deep freeze to get a hard snow pack to freeze. Sleds and atvs are no problem but for a 15 tonne drill to be dragged on this you need lots of time for the frost to set in. Lets see if sustained cold will help us. Its been a mild one up there for sure..."

It's clear that Ken wasn't willing to risk the loss of an expensive piece of drilling equipment when conditions at site remained so uncertain. (This year had been unusually warm) That doesn't mean that it won't be tried again in the future.

A pragmatic individual has to make changes in plans when certain conditions warrant such a manouever in their strategic thinking.

When I had suggested to him that these were desperate times for Rockcliff in the exploration space, he rejected that notion.

"...It is not desperate times in my opinion.  We have money in the till. We have a major shareholder that supports us. We have a belief that we are moving in the right direction.  I’m not sure when our “tipping point” will be but I believe we will have our day..."

When I suggested that the share price was coming under a lot of undue pressure, this was his reply:

"...Yes. Agreed.  But someone is buying big clumps of it!

"...I bought a few more shares at 3 and 3.5 cents and now I realize that I should have waited. I guess that the seller or sellers want out really badly..."

"...  There are so many reasons to want to get out of the stock and only one reason to get in.  I try to focus on the positive and the shareholders vs the share flippers..."

I inquired about the prospects at Rockcliff's Sails property. He replied:

"...As an explorer l get excited knowing that the Sails property has a low-grade gold bearing system in the middle of the Wekusko Lake Pegmatite Field.  The plan is to explore both the gold and the lithium potential at Sails and to explore the lithium and copper potential at Bur..."

In regard to the prospects at But in the lithium and base metals space, he replied:

"...We are not looking for gemstones in these pegmatites.

We will analyze for critical minerals associated with these types of pegmatites. Generally, pegmatites in the WLPF would possibly be called LCT(Lithium, Cesium, Tantalum) pegmatites...if the results come back proving this is the case. We are very early in the lithium space and quite frankly the drill holes were designed to identify potential copper mineralization but just happened to intersect pegmatites with spodumene grains/crystals. With numerous other historically recorded pegmatites at Bur, there is a good chance that some are lithium bearing.  Exploration this summer will be exciting for our geo team to discover more lithium bearing pegmatites.
Please note that all pegmatites do not host lithium and the pegmatites on our property need to be explored to determine their potential. We DO NOT have pegmatite resources or Pegmatite orebodies (orebodies are resources that can be mined at a profit...now wouldn't that be nice). We would be several years away from a resource on any pegmatite should we be fortunate to have the goods. Success in this business is established through the drill bit.

I need to disagree with your thoughts on our copper resources. I still am most excited about our copper upside.  And why wouldn't l! We have 4 NI 43-101Resources and two PEAs with over 1.0Bt of high-grade copper, zinc, gold and silver.  Presently, only 2 mines out of 31 mines in the Belt had initial pre-production resources greater than our Talbot, Bur and Tower-Rail resources.  Only two! In my opinion, these 4 deposits one day will become mines AND they will grow as most are open in every direction.  I believe that Hudbay will put Talbot in production. It is such an incredibly gold rich VMS deposit and remains open in every direction. I do understand that previous management did not properly get that total collective message out to the public. That is a shame.   Nonetheless these are real numbers that are in our portfolio and one day we will see these resources reflected in our share price.

We are a copper company first...but explore for upside on any mineral/metal that we can discover within our portfolio. Thats just good business and the Snow Lake camp is truly a treasure chest of metals and minerals that has so much upside!

Its still worth fighting for!..."

Ken: I am trying to assess the possibility that if Hudbay may be interested in entering the lithium space in Snow Lake, whether they might entertain the idea of building a regional copper, zinc, lithium milling, separating and concentrator and/or tailings facility, on site at Bur?

Would it even be feasible to build out some production facility there for say under 500 million dollars?

Would there even be room at that site to construct such a plant?

You would  be in a better position to speculate about such a possibility.

If you have any comments about this matter, I would be interested in hearing about your opinions and would be prepared to share them with the forum on Stockhouse.

The share price is a pretty sweet deal now at 2 cents. I am trying to raise some additional capital to pick up a few hundred thousand more shares! I can't believe the price today! Thanks.

His response short and but not sweet:

"... I would not be in any position to speculate on the business plans of lithium and Hudbay!..."

That's all I have got to share so far. But I have enough information to continue buying if the opportunity to do so cheaply, continues to present itself.

And why not?

The markets may be soon be looking down the food chain for a greater value opportunity that many of us, may have already found!

If I receive any more information from Ken, I will be more than happy to share!

But any new information may not be considered open source until the next press release is finally released!

I really have acquired all the shares that I really need. I hope that you have too!

Others may soon, have to pay more!

I put Ken's words in color. He's not Jesus, but he really has the goods and integrity!

                                                       Good Luck To All!

                                                        All the best! Java
