The NR says: "The contract was brokered by Mr. Amir Farahi, a director of the Company, where he will act as a conduit for the purchase of the units on behalf of dynaCERT for Bristol & Bristol." What, exactly, is "a conduit"? And why does there need to be, as usual, something that just sounds outside of the ordinary, for something as simple as selling widgets.
