Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

Considering we gave Abbvie a GLOBAL and EXCLUSIVE licence for TFC-1067, and not JUST for TFC-1067 but some related products that come from certain patents, we darn well better get something significant in the form of CASH.

If this turns out to be another R&F joke, the next annual meeting won't be pleasant for management.

And we are coming up on the 1-year anniversary of the Abbvie signing, and so far have seen diddly squat.
