Jan 24th 2023 Pyro recieves process approval from unknown Aerospace company.
Feb 22nd A consortium of companies including Airbus sign an MOU to buy Aubert and Duval
March 13th Pyro hires a leading person from A&D for the board (An inside man for the consortium?)
April 28th The purchase of A+D is finalized.

Just a thought.
