This company popped off the page when I did my DD. A massive deposit which is not going to be difficult to mine; ideally located logistically; a 30 year mine life of a recession proof mineral (there's no shortage of icy precipitation in Canada, I've been told :) They spun out another major property to Triple Point and own several other interesting projects.
You mentioned that John Anderson was the only one whose cv qualified him to be on the board. Do you credit Rowland Howe at all? Their website says he was the mine general manager at Goderich, "the largest and most profitable salt mine in North America taking Compass Mineral's operation from 3.5 million tonnes per year to 7.5 million tonnes--an annual record that has yet to be surpassed..." No small achievement there.
In any event, I'm sure you're more familiar with the company than I am. To me it looks like there is plenty of upside potential in this company.
