RE:RE:RE:RE:WorldPay, Visa, Alipay just to name a few Nobody said there is "no" pos systems. But several that I've traveled to have said they can't afford it or can't get a merchant account so they accept cash only. Many stalls I tried to buy from with my visa had this issue.
