TEI needs senior sales/engineering personnel who present a creditable image to clients.
Junior personnel can assist in the project engineering and delivery processes.
It takes years of training to develop junior personnel. Then they have to produce to payback their cost.
If they quit then it is all in vain.
Yes as telemarketers they can sell traps. With assistance they can install them too.
But TEI. Still needs experience engineers.!
