I used cold calling, radio, post cards, SEO, Social media, free service/products for new customers, Google adwords (we are top 3 in our area for searches) etc. My advertising/marketing was well over 35% of my admin costs for the first few years but it grew the company.
You either spend on a sales force or you spend on advertising. Organic growth takes forever you have to push it.
So far in 2023 Stage's sales and marketing is 6% of admin costs. That's a joke and you get what you get.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where the company needs to focus. Especially when they have access to $25 million.
The bottom line will suck for the next couple years but for this company to grow it has to spend, take a loss until the tests are self funding and word is out that they are the go to for cancer testing.
