The enhanced federal flow through shares tax credit (30%) for critical minerals will certainly act to direct more financings towards lithium, ni-cu-page, rare earths, etc at perhaps the expense of gold projects? Also the TSX refused to allow juniors to disappear in 2012 and 2013 when gold and commodity's went south and instead allowed them to keep the lights on. I will stay neutral on that one because I don't know all the facts but a bunch of rock stars at the time, including Sprott, Lassonde and Friedland, felt it was better for things to play out naturally. How many juniors are there on the TSX now?
That being said, success leads to further success (GP and the names above as examples) and you have much better odds when you are drilling down dip into old workings that produced at fantastic grades.
