The only reason the stock price is where it is is because of the potential award. After that's paid, the stock will essentially be worth book value, which is almost nothing. There are no operations, no income, no assets, no nothing.
I don't know who would risk buying the company with Venezuela's current political and financial situation plus what they've done in the past. Only the Chinese government would be ruthless enough to try.
