Crows are pretty smart btw. One of the smartest birds out there. I see them here stealing my dogs' dry dog food. They grab a piece, fly over to the bowl of water that I put out for them. They wet the dry piece in the water, holding it in their beaks moving it back and forth a few times in the water, wait a bit, then eat it. How did they figure out that water makes hard dog food soft enough to eat? Interesting. They can find a meal where other birds can't. Something like day traders I guess.
