RE:RE:DIR unit liquidityMy general stance is that if made sense and was beneficial to shareholders to sell DIR units at 14.20 and SIB Dream at 15.5 once, it makes sense to do it again.  The only factors for round 2 that are more prevalent are leverage concerns and added tax liability for calendar year.  

We basically have that trade going again.... and D.un float becomes 25 million.  That should be easy to sell to someone for $25-30 stating a $40/ share fmv
