RE:RE:Now For A Different Point Of View!Nonsense. Have you been to or seen that facility in Cobalt? Gino Chittaroni owned it for several decades before making this deal with Frank to take it off his hands. It is an old, run down, technically dated, white elephant kinda thing. Agnico and Teck, LONG LONG gone from Cobalt, used it for their assays and testing over 4 decades ago, when there was activity in the area, and the government was financially connected to those two companies and their development. The governemt sold it to Gino over 30 years ago, and he talked up a similar play; result; bubkis.
Tell me who or what other company uses them for anything? Assays? Bulk samples? Test runs? SAP's? Yeah, no one.
Good potential for licensing? Solves? Um, might want to reword that some.
And how do you get "excited" about a potential spin out property? More often than not a complete loss in value for the parent company and their shareholders, and an inflated over paid value for the spin out.
Especially with Frank calling the shots; it's what he does, just look back at his manouvers over the past 20 years. D1k in his hand. And the he hired his stooge front man, Matt Halliday; another piece of work in the space. Keep buying tho, they are known to spend mightily on promotion, and it sounds like you thik=nk ones coming up! Caveat emptor extraorinairre.
