It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

What I like about your post parahyangam is that you ask some very good questions.
And we will need many more to ask similar questions before anything changes. But I think I get the vibe sadly on this board that many have thrown in the towel on this one and unlike you are just content with their lot in life.
