Forgotten Energy stocks were also on the move with Crescent Point Energy (Sunny; CPG) advancing 9.6%, making it the second-hottest INK CIN mover last week. Crescent Point, which trades at a TTMPCF ratio of 3.8, is up 16.1% over the past month, easily outpacing the Nasdaq 100 which is up 3.8%. The INK CIN Index is also a relative winner over the past month, rising 4.8%.

While the one-month outperformance of the INKCIN against the Nasdaq does not make a trend, Canadian insider sentiment remains upbeat. In fact, the INK Indicator which tracks the number of TSX-listed stocks with key insider buying versus the number of stocks with key insider selling over the past 60 days rose over the past week to 134% from 122%. That means, as things stand, there are more than 1.3 stocks with key insider buying for every one with selling.
