RBC projected FFO and AFFO for 2023 Q2

RBC projected FFO and AFFO for 2023 Q2Per RBC on July 30, 2023:

FFO 2023Q3 $0.29 (2023Q1 - $0.29)

AFFO 2023E is $0.74

2023Q1 AFFO was $0.18 - therefore, $0.56 AFFO estimated for remainder of 2023, or $0.187 AFFO average per quarter.

Needless to say, RBC has AFFO and FFO flat for Q2.

AFFO flat to slightly higher sounds about right, imho - - with a much, much healthier balance sheet.
