I'm sure there is some interest to acquire Hammond but it entirely depends on whether Bill Hammond wants to sell.

I could see Hammond getting some looks from any of the larger/diversified manufacturers (Emerson, GE, Seimens, Mitsubishi, Hitachi, ERMCO) and also private equity/congrolmerate investors like Brookfield Business Partners as they are deploying capital towards the energry transition.
