NPK Compared to Brazil PotashCurrently in the process of beginning to construct a potash mine in the Brazil jungle at a cost of $2.5 billion US .
That plant is projected to produce 2.2 m tons of potash for 15 to 17 years with production forecsast to start in 2026 ..which it will not meet imo.
So, its forecast potash reserves are less than 40 m tons which is less than 1/10 the Reserves of NPK.
The IRR would sugest a NPV well above $2.5 billion which compares with $200 million cad for NPK currently .
And it will generate no permanent CO2 credits.
So, is NPK brutally under valued especilly with Brazil importing 96 % of its potash right now in a highly disruptive current potash market
