I heard the deadline mentioned multiple times on BNN from Andrew Bell. He commented on the end of August dealine for bids to be considered

So if they have mutltple bids they must decide by end of August or if no bids then at the end of August the BOD would just announce that after strategic review process they recieved no bids or unacceptable bid and decline and then busniess goes on as per ususal....good luck!
