Oh ... and as I mentioned once before ... the Globe has reported that LB is believed to have received a bid. Which is why the strategic review was launched.

I have not seen anything that characterizes that initial bid as good, bad or indifferent.

And LB has not officially confirmed anything about bids or deadlines.
