RE:RE:RE:RE:Just asking some SU holders...Migraine - I am not so sure about this.
Right now, to the best of my knowledge SU provides all the necessary feedstock for its upgraders and theur current plan as illustrated in their PRs is to keep doing that. This means that the other producers in the area are using various other means to make their production ready for shipment without a need for SU and its upgraders.
The question then becomes - If SU has a shortfall in production and there is spare capacity in the upgraders, why would any of the others shift their current system and use the SU facility unless SU provided some inventive to do so?
To me the answer to this question is quite clear. SU in its actions and PRs/financial reports makes it very clear that they are determined to find their own sources of feedstock for their upgraders and they seem willing to spend billions to secure that feedstock..
