No level 2 currently for me but yes I am aware of the concept.

It`s all about keeping the share price surpressed and invoking that false sense of - there is lot`s for sale, all in the name of accumulation.

But I really believe all the negative sentiment is baked into current sp . and from here, after a bit of a consolidation we go higher.

Summer doldroms will end soon enough into a fall rally, next hurdle might be TLSS.

I kind of hope it stays right here so I can accumulate myself for the next couple of months, I have a 2 - 3 year hold plan so want it to stay cheap as long as possible.
