Maybe not bankrupt, but almost at $0.30, and why because the PB, didn't know how to take the good decion, and seemed nit to know how to count either, and on top of that, held still there, that's not very good fir the stock itself, cause the big investors that lost money in 2018, and before also, didn't forget him, remembered this!
